Join me on a stroll through the centre of London and learn about the city’s role in the history of the climate crisis - how we got into this mess in the first place, how we discovered it was happening, and how we might just about keep our head above water.
I’m available for private group walking tours of various lengths tailored for different audiences, as well as lecture theatre talks offering a more chronological take on the topic. Email me to check availability and costs. My gmail is alicerosebell.
I’ll be doing a small number of free tours clustered around the climate strike and car free day in late September, register on eventbrite. They are different lengths, each with its own route, sights and stories:
After-work tour, Wednesday 18th September: Waterloo to Green Park. This is 2 miles and will last around 2 hours.
Lunch-time mini tour for the climate strike, Friday the 20th September: Ludgate Hill to Waterloo. This is just over a mile and will last an hour.
Weekend tour for London Car Free Day, Sunday 22nd September: Blackfriars to Green Park. This is 2.5 miles and will last about 2.5 hours.
